Tooting is a curry lover's paradise, with over 30 Indian, Pakistani and Sri-Lankan Restaurants in the area. The Tooting Curry Club was formed in 2003 by a group of friends who set themselves the challenge to visit and rate every restaurant. It took the Curry Club nearly three years to complete their initial mission, and every restaurant was rated with geeky scorecards.

The Tooting Curry Club has grown over the years, attracting more and more spice lovers. After moving onto the Meetup site in 2010, we now have more than 500 members! As well as regular visits to Tooting restaurants, we also make "away missions" to the surrounding areas of Balham, Earlsfied and Clapham, as well as far-flung visits to North and East London.
